CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP – $12,500
The corporate sponsorship is our highest level sponsorship available at CLEAN GULF. If you’re looking for premier branding opportunities pre-show and onsite, this is right sponsorship for your company. Pre-show branding includes the homepage of our website, marketing emails and any printed brochures. Onsite branding includes entrance unit, show guide and mobile app, podium signs, host hotels, power point presentation(s) and additional signage throughout the event space. Sponsorship also includes 5 complimentary conference passes.
INDUSTRY SPONSORSHIP – $7,500
The industry sponsorship is our second highest level sponsorship available at CLEAN GULF. If you’re looking for premier branding opportunities on a smaller budget, this is the sponsorship for your company. Pre-show branding includes the homepage of our website, marketing emails and any printed brochures. Onsite branding includes entrance unit, show guide and mobile app, power point presentation(s) and additional signage throughout the event space. Sponsorship also includes 3 complimentary conference passes.
MOBILE APP SPONSORSHIP – $10,000 – SOLD
Your company will be the exclusive sponsor of our mobile app and will be recognized in both the app and digital platform as well as on signage at the live event. This sponsorship also includes a full page ad in the show guide promoting your sponsored mobile app and access to the full list of registered attendees in the virtual platform.
KEYNOTE SPONSORSHIP – $8,000 (exclusive) – SOLD
The keynote sponsorship gives your company high-level branding during our Keynote session. The sponsorship comes with the opportunity to give a 5-minute introduction to the Keynote, company-branded literature in the session room, company logo on coffee sleeves at the coffee station outside session room, and a Mariachi band to lead attendees from the Keynote to the exhibit hall. Sponsorship also includes 2 complimentary passes.
CELL PHONE CHARGING STATION SPONSORSHIP – $6,000 (exclusive) – SOLD
Company logo and message on branded charging station in the lounge area on the exhibit floor + company recognition in the show guide and digital platform.
BADGE LANYARD SPONSORSHIP – $5,500 + cost of lanyards (exclusive) – SOLD
Company logo printed on badge lanyards given out to all CLEAN GULF attendees+ company recognition in the show guide and digital platform.
SANITIZING STATIONS SPONSORSHIP – $5,000 (exclusive)
All sanitizing stations throughout the event space for CLEAN GULF will include signage recognizing your company as the sponsor.
WEBINAR SPONSORSHIP – $5,000
Start the conversations early before the conference in November, or continue the conversations that you started at the conference! Solidify your position in the market by connecting directly with the community before or after the event. Note: Could be positioned as a virtual roundtable discussion as well.
NETWORKING BREAK SPONSORSHIP – $2,500 (2 available)
Networking breaks are designed to bring all attendees to the exhibit hall for snacks and refreshments as they take a break from conference sessions and enjoy visiting with our exhibitors. With this sponsorship your company logo will be on signage next to the refreshments/food and you can also include marketing collateral or giveaway in our attendee bags handed out at registration.
LUNCH SPONSORSHIP – $5,000 (1 available )
Lunch is served on Wednesday and Thursday in the exhibit hall. Your company will be showcased as the sponsor of lunch, with company logo on tent cards placed on each table and on each lunch ticket given to attendees. Additionally, a PA announcement will be made inside the exhibit hall recognizing your company as the sponsor and signage with company branding will be around the lunch area.
CONFERENCE TRACK SPONSORSHIP – $4,000 (1 available per track)
Company branding on notepads and pens placed in the session room of the sponsored track. Notepads and pens are refreshed in the rooms between sessions. Additionally, your company will be recognized in the power point presentation running during breaks between sessions and logo will be on signage outside the sponsored room. Sponsorship also includes option to submit marketing collateral or giveaway in our attendee bags handed out at registration and 1 complimentary conference pass.
BAG SPONSORSHIP – $4,000 + cost (exclusive) – SOLD
Company logo printed on bags given out to all CLEAN GULF attendees + option to place marketing collateral into the bags.
WORKSHOP HALF DAY SPONSORSHIP – $3,500
As a workshop sponsor, you will receive a room in the conference area to conduct your 4-hour workshop. Your company will be recognized as the sponsor both inside and outside the room and standard A/V equipment will be provided. This sponsorship includes 2 complimentary passes (recommended for use by your instructors).
ESCALATOR SPONSORSHIP – $6,000 (exclusive)
Company branded artwork on escalators leading from the exhibit hall to the conference area. This sponsorship offers very high visibility – any attendee moving between sessions and the exhibit hall will take the escalator branded with your company artwork.
REGISTRATION DESK SPONSORSHIP – $2,500 (3 available )
Your company’s branding/artwork will be displayed on one of the kick-panels of our registration desk. The registration desk is the first thing an attendee sees when they enter our event space.
BEVERAGE STATION SPONSORSHIP – $2,500
Bar serving beer & wine near your exhibit booth (if applicable) + company branding on signage located next to your beverage station.
AISLE BANNER SPONSORSHIP – $1,000
Great sponsorship for exhibitors! Double sided banner with your company logo hangs over your the aisle on which your booth is located.
ADD-ONS AND ADVERTISING

We will send one dedicated email blast to all registered attendees before the event begins. Email content/HTML file must be provided by your company.
POST SHOW EMAIL BLAST – $1,500

One company/product listing to be included in the CLEAN GULF Exhibitor Spotlight email that deploys to the CLEAN GULF database. Listing includes an image + 100-word paragraph and hyperlink to product or company page.
BAG INSERT SPONSORSHIP– $900 ($1,500 FOR NON-EXHIBITING COMPANIES)
Submit one item(marketing collateral or giveaway) in the attendees bags that will be offered to ALL attendees when they get their registration badge onsite.
EXHIBIT HALL/BOOTH PROMOTION DECALS – $2,000
Floor decals with company logo and booth number placed in 3 locations on the exhibit floor or conference area. Location will vary for best visibility.
ONLINE EVENT PLATFORM BANNER AD – $700
Display your banner ad on our online event platform. Banner ads are rotating and have prominent positioning on the online event homepage. You are able to link your ad to your company profile or your company website.
MOBILE APP ALERT – $250
Send a push notification to everyone who’s downloaded the mobile app. You provide the copy and the action (i.e. Visit our booth, check out our website, etc.), and we’ll make sure everyone gets your message!
