Where will the CLEAN GULF 2021 Conference & Exhibition be held?

CLEAN GULF 2021 will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. The exhibit hall will be located in Hall 3, and conference sessions will be located above on level 3. Only the General Session(s) will take place on level 2.

Will there be a virtual or digital alternative this year?

There will not be a virtual alternative for this year’s CLEAN GULF Conference & Exhibition. This will be an in-person event, with an online platform available for pre and post show networking.

Where can you park at the Convention Center?

There are multiple parking options both at and around the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Details on those options can be found here.

Is there a group discount to attend CLEAN GULF?

Yes – group discounts are available for any company looking to send 3 or more to attend CLEAN GULF. Click here to view group rates or contact Jill Dean at 301-354-1618 or jdean@accessintel.com.

What is the difference between a conference pass and expo-only pass?

A conference pass gives you access to everything happening at CLEAN GULF, which includes ALL conference sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall, lunch and networking activities.

An expo-only pass gives you access to the exhibit hall, 2 conference sessions of your choice, general sessions, and networking activities.

Are there Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) available?

CLEAN GULF offers a Certificate of Completion that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.

How do I get my badge?

Badges can be picked up during registration hours outside Hall 3 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the convention center is often very cool.

What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to CLEAN GULF. If you have any questions please email  register@cleangulf.org  or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales for CLEAN GULF are final. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite or access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to:  register@cleangulf.org
